Questions
Do you service outside of Chapel Hill, Fearrington and Pittsboro?
Yes, availability is just a bit more limited. But if you live in Durham, Cary, Morrisville or Siler City, please reach out and we can find a time together.
What forms of payment do you take?
Checks are preferred, but I can take cash, Venmo with a 3% transaction fee.
If it’s going to rain, should we re-schedule?
No, I’ll just bring different shoes. I’ll let you know if we need to reschedule due to severe winds, though.
Do you charge in 15 minute increments?
Yes. There is a one hour minimum. Everything after that is counted in 15 minute increments, rounded up or down.
What if you’re late?
AHH! It happens… It’s important to me to finish every task properly, not hastily. Some tasks take longer than expected and delay the start time for the next job. You can expect me to show up no later than 15 minutes from our agreed start time.
I don’t know how long the task will take.
